Project planning begins with price. Current cost indexes and expected trends can help to determine where and when the best time to build may be. After measuring the market and determining to build, a feasibility study may be used at a conceptual stage. The study will develop budget estimates and schedules from which the project will be built. Safety is our top priority once the first shovel strikes the ground. Schedule and budget parameters are also of great importance and tightly monitored through owner-architect-contractor team meetings along with analysis independent of the design team and/or construction management/general contractors..

It is imperative that operators be involved as early as possible. Opening a sports facility involves more than simply handling over the keys. Training is necessary before and after Opening Day from the professionals who know the comprehensive aspects of their products.
